Mr. Zahidur Rahman is the Managing Director of Genesis Ventures and a renowned businessman and entrepreneur in Bangladesh. With over 45 years of experience, he is highly respected in the printing, packaging, and paper converting industry for his strong business acumen and corporate leadership. Alongside his business career, Mr. Rahman is actively involved in social and educational initiatives. He serves as Director of the Quran Teaching Research & Training Center and Aminah Publications, and holds leadership roles in several religious and educational institutions. He is also a motivational speaker dedicated to community development and social welfare.
Atiqur Rahman
Deputy Managing Director
Mr. Atiqur Rahman is a well-known business person in printing, packaging and paper converting industry. He completed his Diploma in Engineering in Printing Technology from Graphics Art Institute, Bangladesh. Excellent production skill for high quality output is one of his greatest qualities. He has 30 years of practical experience in manufacturing quality printing and packaging products. He is also Director of Genesis consisting companies He is involved in various social and charitable work.
Safa Rabib Rahman

Mr. Safa Rabib Rahman is a Director of Genesis Ventures and oversees the company’s day-to-day operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from North South University, Bangladesh, and has postgraduate qualifications in Supply Chain Management and VAT, Tax, and Customs Management. With strong expertise in business operations and technology-driven solutions, he focuses on improving efficiency and driving qualitative transformation through innovation, collaboration, and modern industrial practices.
Redwan Rahman

Mr. Redwan Rahman is a Director of Genesis Ventures, overseeing business development and operations. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) in Marketing from American International University-Bangladesh. Experienced in high-volume, multi-unit operations, he combines his passion for printing with a focus on technology and data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and drive growth in the printing, packaging, and paper converting industry.
